1.Are you manufacturer or trading company? A:We are manufacturer, we build the machine by our team. We have R&D team that can customize the machine based on customer requirement. 2.Can you provide the quotation for your glue dispensing machine? Yes, it's sure. For our standard machines, we can quote you within 8 hours based on the quantity, shipping terms and other requirements you provide; for non-standard machines, you are also required to provide product requirements, and we will provide solutions internally, and then quote you after your approval. 3.How to control the amount of glue? Our glue supply system is air pressure controlled. 4.What are the consumable parts of your machine? Example for gun valve seals, pressure barrel seals, we also have some sensors and gun heads. Others system will be negotiable with customer. 5.How much is the transportation freight? The freight depends on the quantity, weight, size and the destination port. 6.How about the working life time of machine? Normally, our machine can be used for over 5 years. Except for consumable parts, the other parts can be replaced for free of charge within one year. 7.How can I trust your company and ensure to get the goods when i placed order from you? We established since 2018 with 3000 square meter factory, supported by 60 employee. We also have 900 customer all around the globe. 8.How about the package? Is it safe during the transportation?
